Villa Rafal Antic

Villa Rafal Antic has been carefully restored over the past decade to now provide a charming and stylish home. It is one of only four houses in a very tiny hamlet offering complete privacy. The farmhouse now features cobblestone floors, inner stone walls, terracotta tiles and oak beams.

The dining area has double doors opening out onto the rear terrace and pool area. There is a classical style kitchen which still retains its original stone sink. The living room/lounge is a split level open plan area which has original stone-wall features and a decorative fireplace.  There are lots of quiet corners within the house to relax and sit and read while enjoying stunning views of the mountains.

The kidney shaped swimming pool gently slopes into the crystal clear water and is surrounded by comfortably furnished sun terraces and a lawned area.  One very special feature is the flagstone terrace with seating areas shaded by ancient trees where one can totally relax and the original garden casita now houses a brick built BBQ and covered dining area where candle-lit evening meals can be enjoyed.
