Villa Pinar is a fantastic modern villa within walking distance to the beach and restaurants in the picturesque resort of Cala San Vicente.
The interior is of a contemporary and vintage design and the large open plan lounge/dining area has double doors which lead out onto the rear covered terrace. The kitchen is small but very modern and well equipped. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor which has large patio doors also opening onto the rear covered terrace and garden.
The swimming pool is surrounded by sun terraces with ample sun loungers to relax and enjoy the warm climate during the summer months. This area is accessed by steps therefore being unsuitable for people with walking difficulties.
A pleasingly convenient location for families who do not necessarily wish to hire a car as all the facilities of the resort are on your doorstep.
