Surrounded by open farmland and close to the old town of Pollensa with lovely views towards the outcrop of Puig de Maria lies Villa Mart, a delightful two bedroom property that combines rural and traditional style with some modern and contemporary fittings.
Access to the house is by the shaded veranda which leads directly into the lounge/dining room. It has a cosy feel about it and although small is adequately equipped for small families or friends alike.
The private pool with lawn and mature gardens is an ideal place to relax and take in the views of the magnificent Pollensa countryside and the grand BBQ "house" gives an added dining dimension to a very charming property.

Prices are for the Weekly Rental of the property depending on season (please note they are lead in prices for each season). Prices include all utility services, representation from the villa agent/manager and a welcome food hamper. Additional items such as flights, car hire, pool heating and air-conditioning can be arranged and costs will be provided on request.
Full financial and repatriation protection (i.e. such as the 'Ash Cloud' crisis) is provided for all air-inclusive holidays booked under our ATOL Licence No. 5489 issued by the CAA.
