Availability

CasaVilla Marisol is a delightful house located on the upper Monte Lemos estate just outside Praia da Luz.  It is beautifully furnished with all modern conveniences.  The living accommodation is situated on the first floor therefore benefitting from lovely sea views from the large balcony which also overlooks the pool area. 

A beautiful landscape garden surrounds the property and sun loungers with sunshades, tables and chairs provide an ideal ambience to enjoy those "al-fresco" meals.

Entrance hall.  Spacious living room/dining area with patio doors to balcony.  Double bedroom with sliding doors to balcony.  Shower room which can be used as ensuite to double bedroom (has two doors) or communal room.  Very large modern and well equipped kitchen. 
Downstairs to:  Bunk bedroom with sofa, TV & DVD player.  Double bedroom.  Shower room.  Twin bedroom.  Utility room.  Master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and separate walk-in shower.

Villa Prices

Prices are for the Weekly Rental of the property depending on season (please note they are lead in prices for each season). Prices include all utility services, representation from the villa agent/manager and a welcome food hamper. Additional items such as flights, car hire, pool heating and air-conditioning can be arranged and costs will be provided on request.
Full financial and repatriation protection (i.e. such as the 'Ash Cloud' crisis) is provided for all air-inclusive holidays booked under our ATOL Licence No. 5489 issued by the CAA.
