Villa Lluch is just off the road from Pollensa to Lluch monastery and is only a short drive from the old town of Pollensa and to the beaches of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.
This spacious two storey villa has beamed ceilings throughout and is modern in furnishings. The exterior boasts stunning views to the Puig de Maria mountain range and the Serra de Tramuntana mountains behind Pollensa which can be enjoyed from the furnished terrace with that all important BBQ for al fresco dining and to partake in cooling drinks throughout the hot summer months.

Split Level Ground Floor: Side entrance into dining area with steps down to lounge.  Fully fitted kitchen.  Twin bedroom.  Full bathroom.

First Floor:  Master double bedroom with private terrace and to one side of the bedroom is a shower room/utility room. Two twin bedrooms with lovely views.  Full bathroom.

Prices are for the Weekly Rental of the property depending on season (please note they are lead in prices for each season). Prices include all utility services, representation from the villa agent/manager and a welcome food hamper. Additional items such as flights, car hire, pool heating and air-conditioning can be arranged and costs will be provided on request.
Full financial and repatriation protection (i.e. such as the 'Ash Cloud' crisis) is provided for all air-inclusive holidays booked under our ATOL Licence No. 5489 issued by the CAA.
