CasaThis lovely villa, which is all on one level and walled and gated for privacy, is in a very quiet location on the cliff tops between Praia da Luz and Burgau.  It stands in extensive grounds which include a vineyard stretching almost to the ocean front.  The kidney shaped pool is surrounded by terracing with plenty of garden furniture and adjacent there is a children's playroom with satellite TV, shower and wc. 

Villa Kivi enjoys wonderful views over the vineyard towards the ocean - a place to relax and unwind yet within close proximity to resorts which offer sandy beaches, local restaurants and bars.

Villa Prices

Prices are for the Weekly Rental of the property depending on season (please note they are lead in prices for each season). Prices include all utility services, representation from the villa agent/manager and a welcome food hamper. Additional items such as flights, car hire, pool heating and air-conditioning can be arranged and costs will be provided on request.
Full financial and repatriation protection (i.e. such as the 'Ash Cloud' crisis) is provided for all air-inclusive holidays booked under our ATOL Licence No. 5489 issued by the CAA.
