Villa Jaume is a charming pretty simple house situated in the tranquil C’an Xoti area in the lovely countryside between Pollensa town and Puerto Pollensa.
It is reached by a small lane and is quite private bordered with hedges encircling the garden and pool area and plenty of fruit trees - benefits of which guests can enjoy. There is a shaded veranda and dining terrace to enjoy al fresco dining and splendid views of the countryside and the Tramuntana mountains can be enjoyed from the roof terrace.

Prices are for the Weekly Rental of the property depending on season (please note they are lead in prices for each season). Prices include all utility services, representation from the villa agent/manager and a welcome food hamper. Additional items such as flights, car hire, pool heating and air-conditioning can be arranged and costs will be provided on request.
