Casa This comfortable and well equipped villa is set in spacious and pretty lawned gardens in a residential area midway between the old historic towns of Alcudia and Pollensa.

The house is well equipped and tastefully decorated offering lots of space and privacy.  Some of the rooms have beamed ceilings and the stone floors make it a cool environment during the hot summer months.

The swimming pool is very large and private with Roman steps and there are several dining areas to sit and relax - one of them leading from the lounge/dining area with steps down to the gardens and pool.

Prices are for the Weekly Rental of the property depending on season (please note they are lead in prices for each season). Prices include all utility services, representation from the villa agent/manager and a welcome food hamper. Additional items such as flights, car hire, pool heating and air-conditioning can be arranged and costs will be provided on request.
Full financial and repatriation protection (i.e. such as the 'Ash Cloud' crisis) is provided for all air-inclusive holidays booked under our ATOL Licence No. 5489 issued by the CAA.
