The estate is within 5 minutes walk of the delightful village of Guia with its restaurants, banks, supermarkets, pharmacy and patisserie. The villa itself enjoys wonderful country views over a field of almond trees to one side. It has air-conditioning in the lounge.
The private swimming pool is surrounded by terraces with a shower and a spacious covered sitting/dining area with brick built barbeque. There is also a wall and fence around the property ensuring seclusion and privacy.

Prices are for the Weekly Rental of the property depending on season (please note they are lead in prices for each season). Prices include all utility services, representation from the villa agent/manager and a welcome food hamper. Additional items such as flights, car hire, pool heating and air-conditioning can be arranged and costs will be provided on request.
Full financial and repatriation protection (i.e. such as the 'Ash Cloud' crisis) is provided for all air-inclusive holidays booked under our ATOL Licence No. 5489 issued by the CAA.
