The larger than average swimming pool is surrounded by terraces and the garden is laid to lawn with an abundance of trees, shrubs and flowers. The charming village of Guia which has several restaurants, supermarkets, banks and pharmacy is located within walking distance (approximately 15 minutes).
Attached to the villa is a self contained studio apartment with a separate entrance. The dining area and TV room can be divided off from the remaining living room by sliding doors and therefore be used as sleeping accommodation for up to 2 children.

Villa Prices

Prices are for the Weekly Rental of the property depending on season (please note they are lead in prices for each season). Prices include all utility services, representation from the villa agent/manager and a welcome food hamper. Additional items such as flights, car hire, pool heating and air-conditioning can be arranged and costs will be provided on request.
Full financial and repatriation protection (i.e. such as the 'Ash Cloud' crisis) is provided for all air-inclusive holidays booked under our ATOL Licence No. 5489 issued by the CAA.
