Casa Moderna

This superb modern villa is situated in the pretty village of Cala San Vicente in the north eastern corner of Mallorca with easy access to the wonderful coved beaches. It is of a contemporary design with very spacious rooms. The interior has lots of glass windows giving a light and airy feel with views to the pool area and towards the mountains. The lounge is a long room and has colourful sofas with pale marble floors which lead out onto the shaded wood decked terrace. An open iron staircase gives access to another large lounge area with French doors opening onto the balcony with lovely views to the pool area.

The swimming pool is long and narrow surrounded by wooden decking and there is ample seating to relax and enjoy those 'al fresco' dinner parties.
