This beautiful villa is tucked away in the sought after Monte Golf area of Quinta do Lago. The property enjoys a very private location being set back from the road and encompassed by tall pine trees. The spacious interior features a beautifully furnished lounge leading out onto a superb poolside terrace. On the lower ground floor is a spacious games room with pool table and table tennis for sports enthusiasts. Outside there is a built in BBQ area and part shaded poolside terrace. To the other rear of the property are lawned areas encircled by a maze of flowering borders.

Ground Floor: Entrance hall with cloakroom. Spacious lounge with sliding doors to terrace with steps which lead down to the pool area. Dining room with sliding doors to rear garden. Prices are for the Weekly Rental of the property depending on season (please note they are lead in prices for each season). Prices include all utility services, representation from the villa agent/manager and a welcome food hamper. Additional items such as flights, car hire, pool heating and air-conditioning can be arranged and costs will be provided on request.
Full financial and repatriation protection (i.e. such as the 'Ash Cloud' crisis) is provided for all air-inclusive holidays booked under our ATOL Licence No. 5489 issued by the CAA.
