This well appointed family villa is set in an outstanding position on the coast west of the village of Praia da Luz. The villa offers complete privacy within its own mature gardens and wonderful views to the sea and towards Portimao.

It is possible to walk along the cliff top to the village of Praia da Luz and would take approximate 15 minutes. The main approach to the villa is along a track of 1km.

Large living room with plenty of comfortable seating. French windows lead to the covered terrace. A few steps down lead you to the other bedrooms. The master suite is at the end and has twin beds with dressing room and en-suite bathroom. Three twin bedrooms. Upper Level (few steps only): Dining room and well-equipped kitchen. Separate laundry room with washing machine and dishwasher. Off the kitchen is a snug with beds for two with its own shower room

Villa Prices

Prices are for the Weekly Rental of the property depending on season (please note they are lead in prices for each season). Prices include all utility services, representation from the villa agent/manager and a welcome food hamper. Additional items such as flights, car hire, pool heating and air-conditioning can be arranged and costs will be provided on request.
Full financial and repatriation protection (i.e. such as the 'Ash Cloud' crisis) is provided for all air-inclusive holidays booked under our ATOL Licence No. 5489 issued by the CAA.
