CasaThis charming villa which is located on the Mata Porcas hillside to the western side of Praia da Luz is set in grounds of 8000 square metres with mature palms and shrubs and lovely sea views.  The whole property is walled and gated as is the pool and there is a childrens lawned play area with swings.  The west wing  houses a huge family suite which has its own private terrace with water fountain feature together with sea views. There is also an east wing making the house ideal accommodation for couples and families alike.

Prices are for the Weekly Rental of the property depending on season (please note they are lead in prices for each season). Prices include all utility services, representation from the villa agent/manager and a welcome food hamper. Additional items such as flights, car hire, pool heating and air-conditioning can be arranged and costs will be provided on request.
Full financial and repatriation protection (i.e. such as the 'Ash Cloud' crisis) is provided for all air-inclusive holidays booked under our ATOL Licence No. 5489 issued by the CAA.
