Pinos Altos is placed in the wonderful area of Cala San Vicente, a spot that retains its position as one of the most popular resorts on the island. Separated from Puerto Pollensa by the distinctive Serra de Tramontana mountain range, it nestles at the foot of a beautiful pine clad valley that leads down to the secluded sandy coves surrounded by dramatic mountain scenery.
Cala San Vicente is the ideal spot for a relaxing holiday. There are just a few shops, cafes, restaurants, hotels grouped around the two bays which are separated by a rocky headland.
A five minute drive takes you to Puerto Pollensa and to the beautiful historic Old town of Pollensa.
Pinos Altos is set in a particularly quiet and pretty position towards the rear of the resort and surrounded by tall pines from which it takes its name. The large communal swimming pool which has a section for children is set in a paved terrace area with plenty of space.
Just a short walk from the beach and resort centre and with a bus stop along the road, Pinos Altos is an excellent choice for families with young children or for couples that want to relax.
