This Hotel is named after the main village of the Island, Vila Baleira, to be found about 4 km away. It is located close to the sea and was originally built as a wellness hotel. The rooms are bright and spacious and all have a private balcony, with most also having a side sea view.
It is one of the best equipped hotels on the island and has 3 different areas; In the main building we have the reception, rooms, main bar, restaurant, shops and indoor heated pool. Linked to the hotel by a tunnel there is the Thalassa and Spa centre as well as the the Gym and the Dive Centre. In addition the tunnel also provides access to the outdoor swmming pool, childrens pool, beach club and small wooden bridge to the beach.
Children have plenty of space, freedom and safety and there is also a childrens club available all day from 3 - 12 years olds.
