Hotel S'Olivaret

Originally an olive farm, Hotel S'Olivaret (hence its name), producing award winning olive oil over the centuries, the original press and many other fine features have been retained and blend in beautifully with the surroundings.

The main house has been converted to a marvellous country hotel sitting in between two mountains of the Sierra Tramuntana mountain range in the north of the island, providing a stunning backdrop.

There are 27 rooms and suites spread amongst the main house and the annex all individually decorated in an exquisite Majorcan style, utilising the skills of local craftsmen. Most of the rooms have private balconies or terraces and are equipped to the finest modern standards offering a high degree of comfort.

The Hotel S'Olivaret's pride and joy is its restaurant – ‘Es Lledoner’, named after the centennial hackberry tree at the main entrance. The restaurant offers modern Mediterranean cuisine, inspired by traditional Majorcan cooking with an emphasis on surprise and originality.

The outdoor pool which has been cleverly landscaped into the grounds, enjoys the most stunning views of the surrounding mountains. There is also an indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and small gymnasium.
