The Palace Hotel Hvar provides romantic views of the ancient piazza and neighbouring buildings such as St Stephen’s cathedral as well as glorious sunsets over the bay. The hotel itself built at the turn of the twentieth century has plenty of charm and character and guests can dine on the Palm Restaurant’s terrace which overlooks the yacht harbour.
The hotel offers a range of rooms to meet the needs and preferences of its guests regarding size and views, you can choose from distinct views of the sea, city or fortress. Some rooms in the Hvar Palace overlook the Pjaca, the largest square in Dalmatia and is second in size only to the Piazza San Marco in Venice.
For the summer season of 2008, The Palace's exterior was preserved and its interior refurbished.
